On rare occasions, a PC running Windows and Windows Media Player may not be able to display the video files contained on ProPlay's site. The videos may not play, or may appear to play, but only display a blank screen. If this happens, it may be necessary to download the latest video codecs for your Windows Media Player. To do this, go to the following site: microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/download, select "Codecs Download Package" from the "Select Download" menu, and follow the instructions on the page. This should take care of the problem.
